How would you upgrade a 2017 PC?
yo guys, i want to upgrade my 2017 PC, it served me well till this point:
I want to play more modern games on 2560 x 1440 WQHD with 144hz on solid fps, no 4k or any fancy business like that.
I dont mind buying used hardware as well.
Processor: i7-7700k 4.20 GHz
Motherboard: MSI Z170 (1511 socket)
RAM: 2x4GB DDR4
GPU: GTX 1070 (8GB dedicated VRAM)
SSD: 500GB (will upgrade to 1tb maybe 2tb)
power: 600Watt
Monitor: ASUS ROG PG278QR
first step would be upgrading my motherboard with a new CPU socket so it can support better GPU and new 16GB RAM.
For my budget I am flexible but I really don't want to spend more than needed.
Region: I live in EU btw.
