Yesterday I looked at real estate in Maui, which could be a problem. It's cheaper than Miami.
I was looking at Kapalua near the Ritz and it's three (excellent) golf courses...seemed good. But I caught myself thinking that the house doesn't matter as much because I might spend more time outdoors?
