YSK If you are having problems with your android phone after a software update it probably isn't the updates fault. It's the ancient sim card that's in your phone.

Why YSK: I've seen quite a few posts about their android update breaking key functions of their phone, and was having the same problem, so I researched it and worked it out with tech support.
Turns out that without the new sim cards the android OS has difficulty sending and receiving info so it causes lots of problems.
Most companies are also willing to send you a new sim card for free that will work in almost all older android models.
