Did I do something wrong?
I (23F) met a guy (23M) in one of my classes. He gave me his number and told me to shoot him a text, which I did. We ended up texting quite a bit, he’d ask me how my day was, weekend plans, etc. he even tried calling me once. Last week we met up to study and ended up going out for food. We talked a lot and I had a lot of fun. We met up again the next day at school to study before class, I thanked him for the food, he kept trying to talk to me and seemed almost a bit flirty, complimented me a bit, which made me pretty nervous and awkward so I didn’t really know how to respond at times. I did try to be receptive, smiled and laughed, but I also seemed a bit distracted because I hadn’t completed the hw so I wasn’t as talkative. But he didn’t seem to really mind.
However, after class I texted asking how he think he did in the exam and he gave a quick one word reply which I found a bit unusual considering he’d usually follow up with a question. That was on Thursday and since then he hasn’t sent me any more texts. I don’t mind that much cause we’re not that close, but I’m just wondering if I did anything that may have turned him off? Ik I was acting a bit weird that day cause I was flustered. I also think it’s quite obvious I’ve gotten a bit of a crush on him which is why I’m thinking about this a lot. I have class with him this week anyway so idk if I should try talking to him.
