Samsung SSD not recognized by computer

I recently built a new PC, and when I was trying to install windows 11 onto it it did not recognize my SSD as being there. I tried to wipe the partitions off the drive, it didnt help. I tried to install drivers for the SSD and motherboard, didnt help. I am at a loss to how to fix this, does anyone know of a way to get this to work?
