I’ve been away from Tangled for a while, and now that I’m back, I’m noticing something interesting. Some (most of my recent) of my posts sit for days without any views. Sometimes there’s just one view, and I’m pretty sure that one is mine😂. I’m not frustrated, just curious. I’m wondering whether this has something to do with how the algorithm works now, how visibility is distributed, or whether there’s been a shift in how content is surfaced to tangled. It also makes me reflect on how platforms change over time, and how attention moves differently than it used to. If anyone has insight into what’s going on, whether it’s algorithmic, community-related, or just part of the ebb and flow of online spaces, I’d genuinely love to understand🙏. Either way, I’m glad to be back and engaging again. Sometimes showing up matters more😊.
Maybe your former subscribers are not longer active? And for example, I follow so many users that I can't keep up with all their posts. I usually scroll for a while, but I don't see everything that's new. Aaand the community is bigger now.
Thanks for the insight, you're right. A bigger community means more content flowing by, and old connections fade if folks aren't active. The feed moves fast, and not everything surfaces.
You have to engaged with others post bruh sometimes you just need to bleed just for others to know that you’re still alive,. Also subscribe to them so that they will subscribe with you back it’s a reciprocal obligation of showing respect to others.
, point taken. Engagement is a two-way street. Can't just post into the void and expect echoes. I’ll focus more on jumping into others' conversations, reciprocity matters.
