Crack in walls and other issues, not sure where to begin

Hi all,

I bought 125 year old house last year (UK). I got a level 3 buildings survey at the time, which mentioned a 'historic slump' to the brick apron but no signs of ongoing movement. Some signs of repointing when the windows were changed in the past.

I did notice a very fine less than 1mm diagonal hairline crack around the window in one of the rooms where said window is where the repointing happened. Over the last 12 months I have been monitoring this and there seems to be no change to this, or if there's any, it's so minimal that I cannot notice the crack widening. However! When I ripped the carpet up, I noticed that the floor does slump quite a lot, like visibly tilts in one direction across the entirety of the rear part of the house (which includes this room where the crack is and the bathroom). The door in this room also doesn't close anymore (never did, even when I got the keys, my stupid mistake for not checking).

Another point is that I know for certain that the floor joists are all messed up in this part of the house, lots of sagging, likely in desperate need of sistering. The survey I got back when I was buying the house did point out that the floor there would need a carpenter or joiner to fix.

I'm now wondering whether to get a joiner to fix the floor or get a structural engineer to look at the issues first. I'm quite worried it might be something serious and will cost me several organs to fix, or whether the sagging timber floor is what's causing the cracks and I only need to pay a few thousand to get sorted.

No other cracks visible in the house. Some minor ones in the bathroom but none of them are diagonal.

Honestly, any thoughts are welcome, I'm currently clueless about where to start. Thanks so much!
