Sawtooth Wilderness: anyone gone off-trail up Goat Creek near Grandjean?

I’m exploring routes for my upcoming trip to Idaho's Sawtooth Wilderness and noticed this stretch of Goat Creek heading up (SE) towards La Fiamma and Packrat Peak. Elevation looks tame, and Goat Creek might be fishable. Anyone ever explored up there?
