When does life begin?
Right now!!
We all know we’re going to die someday—but we forget. Not in our heads, but in our hearts. We forget that this moment, right now, is all we truly have. The future is a fantasy. The past is a shadow. And yet, most people live either chasing a tomorrow that never arrives or dragging around a yesterday that’s already gone.
But life is only ever lived in the now. It’s not found in some distant goal, or once the pain subsides, or when things finally calm down. It’s found in the breath you’re taking. The choice you’re making. The awareness you’re willing to hold in this moment.
