I'm a tenant, and am wondering if there's a cheap way to fix these uglies in my apt without breaking the bank.

Uglies in the photos include:
\-the corners of the window sills splitting at the edge, exposing mesh.
\-Really lousy grout jobs on the bathroom tiles, and where it meets the wall. Forget about the uneven tiles; no way I can fix that nor will the landlord haha.
