Hey everyone.
I'm a fresh grad who just got into project management a few months ago. It's been a rough and hectic few weeks recently and I was slipping up terribly at work. But last Friday, I accidentally sent the client a supplier quote instead of our own official one (at a higher price including mark up). Didn't realise a thing till I saw that the client email me back with a signed copy today.
It wasn't a super big number but it was a decent amount of mark up on our end. What the hell do I even do about this...
Gonna explain this to the client and hope they don't tear me a new one...
