Bay laurel not growing
My bay laurel trees arnt growing on one side
Inside a retaining wall with drains at bottom so water can get out
Other side has grown 600mm within 6 months and the other side nothing
The ones growing have shade majority of time through summer and ones not growing are full sun
Please give advice
