Toxic Positivity is worse than Toxic Negativity when it comes to goods/services/jobs etc. Toxic Negativity, while exaggerating issues, generally comes from a basis or issue. Toxic Positivity is worse because it requires you to lie about issues/flaws, and be "ignorant" for the sake of positivity.

positivity can't build like negativity do, as concrete example, risk management. no project, plan or investment can stand without it, which is based on negativity, toxic for those who can't see the benefit but critical for success.
on other hand, positivity is always good, but with limits, same for negativity of course.
the intensity of both of them depends of the receiver / watcher point of view and how he/she can't process it...
