CA-1 Has Reopened

California Highway 1 has reopened. It's one lane in parts with 20 minute delays, but it is open. For those with the Highway 1 scorecard, it was fully closed for several years because of landslides blocking miles of roadway. There was enough debris to fill 200 dump trucks, plus hill stability and road repairs. It reopened in February and closed once again last week.
