#earn #CIND

Q1- Friends, families, and workplaces can better support people living with chronic illnesses by listening to them, believing their experiences, and showing patience even when symptoms are not visible. Flexible schedules, emotional support, understanding fatigue or pain, and avoiding judgment can make a huge difference in their daily lives.
Q2- One common misunderstanding is that people with chronic immunological and neurological diseases are “lazy” or exaggerating because they may look healthy on the outside. Society needs to understand that invisible illnesses are real, serious, and can affect a person physically, mentally, and emotionally every day.
Q3- My message to someone living with a long-term condition like ME/CFS or Fibromyalgia would be: “You are stronger than you think, and your struggles are valid even if others cannot see them.” I would say this because many people with invisible illnesses feel misunderstood, and they deserve kindness, support, and hope
