T2024-25 NHL Standings with IIHF Points - U.S. hanksgiving 2024
*Not pictured: Me taking four attempts to spell "Thanksgiving" in the title because my fingers froze up.*
It's back! For a... 9th year? I can't remember how long I've been doing these.
Anyhow, I thought I'd give an update on this because I know some people like to use American Thanksgiving as a gauge as to who is / isn't likely to make the playoffs.
*And I'm sure we'll get our fair share of groaners every time this comes up, but this is for people who do have the same curiosity that I do with the IIHF point system.*
Also, before posting this, I noticed many errors in my charts due to me trying to rush updating the tables on some days. I tried fixing them before posting these, but I'm sure I missed some.
