1.because habits formed over years don’t disappear just because rules do.
2.Discrimination is most often caused by ignorance, but fear is the hardest to eliminate because it is emotional and survives even when facts are known.
3. If I’ve benefited from an unfair system, my responsibility today is to acknowledge it and use my position to support fairness for others.
