Best way to find land set up for something like a mobile home? As opposed to raw land requiring a lot of money to set it up? I live in central NY.

I'd love to be able to start growing my own fruits/veggies/doing homestead stuff, but I'm currently stuck in a mobile home park even though I technically own my mobile home.
