Asking to hangout
I’m 18, female, just graduated high school, and don’t have many friends that are close. I want to reach out to people like this one guy who I used to see during my lunch period at the library at school. I recently followed him on Instagram, and I saw him hanging out with this other girl as friends, so it made me more open to reaching out to him. I’m just scared and nervous because I feel like he may think I’m weird or something? I feel like people like to stay close to their circle of friends and not branch out. Is it worth a shot, and what should I say? Should I mention seeing him, and I’m pretty sure we went to the same middle school ?
