hi, I'm a bit confused about the rental prices in Dubai, im moving soon.
On Bayut, when I look at the recent rental transactions in some buildings, I can see that people rented 1-bedroom apartments for around AED 70k per year.
But when I look at the apartments currently available in the same area, most of the ones I like are around AED 10k per month (AED 120k/year).
How does it work? I cant check properly or what?
