Need help with South African e-visa
Hi everyone, my fiancé and myself (he is South African, I’m from Belarus) have applied for my e-visa to South Africa. We created the application on the 9th of July and submitted all the documents on the 14th of July. Probably that’s why we have a progress status ‘Awaiting supporting documents’ as we submitted them later than the date of creation of the application. My payments status says initiated and states R0, we found out that it can be due to my nationality as some countries don’t need to pay the fee. It’s been 4 working days since everything was submitted but status check says ‘Your applications is updated successfully’ but no decision came through yet. We have a flight on the 23d of July and we are stressed. We have emailed and called the numbers but no one has gotten back to us yet. Can someone help us please.
