Decent Spec PC, but it's low FPS
I've always gotten significantly lower FPS on games compared to my friends with similar, lesser builds, and I'm unsure which part is going to be my big bottleneck.
CPU - i9-10900k
MOBO - Asus Z490 Gaming Wifi
GPU - RTX 3090 FE
RAM - 64GB 3200 DDR4
SSD - 1TB Samsung 980 Pro
I'm aware my MOBO doesn't support PCI Gen 3 so I can't use all 5-7,000 read and write on my SSD, but my main issue is just simply lower fps than my friends.
Any idea why?
