Septic —> Sewer

My city is requiring every home in my no-HOA neighborhood to hook up to their newly installed sewer lines (we are currently septic). While most homes in the neighborhood are getting quotes of 6k, my home has a lowest quote of 60k due to it being against gravity of their sewer lines, requiring a grinder and pump system, and my current septic system being behind our house.

I am in Cincinnati, OH, and have looked into WPCLF and other grants, but I do not qualify due to being above the poverty line, or my home value being above their threshold requirement.

60k is not feasible for my family, but selling our home and moving is not a great option as we have only been in our house for two years and would lose a ton of money selling. Does anyone know of any other grants or have any ideas of how to make the city subsidize my house’s costs and others that are so much higher than everyone else’s?
