Downtown: Is there a spillover to nearby neighborhoods…

Downtown: Is there a spillover to nearby neighborhoods?

Hi, it's been a while since I've visited (2022), and it seemed emptier then than before, but not particularly awful.

But this comment on former Twitter by a UCF person, which is not the first I've seen in the recent past, made me wonder: how do you view Downtown Orlando currently?

And, if he's right, has this "depressing" aspect spilled over to the historic neighborhoods near Downtown, such as Ivanhoe Village, Mills, Thornton, and College Park? Or the Loch Haven cultural area? Thank you.
