Roof replacement caused furnace shutoff - who’s on hook for inspection?
during day 2 of roof replacement, our furnace (which is located in the attic) shut off. I’m assuming this is due to combination of debris or vibrations triggering a safety shut off. but cannot rule out something worse like broken pipe, eg. who’s on the hook for paying for an HVAC guy? me or the roofer? seems like an unexpected pain in my wallet for byproduct of roofers work.
