I LOVE hosting activities. I love the creativity, the talent, the unexpected brilliance. What I donβt love? Entries that look like they were completed in 9 seconds with one eye closed just to catch some Millix mid-air. ππΈ
If your submission screams βIβm only here for the coins,β trust me, we can hear it. Loudly.
So hereβs the deal:
If I notice low effort or participation thatβs clearly done just to collect Millix, there will be no reward or only half the reward. Yes. Half. Like a pizza slice you have to share. ππ Not as punishment, just fairness, fairness for all those who make the effort.
And honestly, I think everyone who takes time to prepare activities probably feels the same way. We plan, we think, we get excited, so a little effort back makes it more fun for everyone. π
Letβs respect the hosts. Letβs respect the effort of other users. Letβs keep it playful, creative, and respectful.

I always tried to do more than it asked, like if activity asked 30-60 sec video I gave more than that (when it's not a rule basically). But at the same time I respect hosts and tried to give my best effort. Hope as a host you're satisfied with my performances and I'm glad that I met your expectations too for fair rewards. Sis, to be honest, i was a bit surprised with your PORTRAIT DRAWING Activity before. The rewards were the same regardless of the output - some portraits didn't really capture the likeness, while others was almost spot-on, yet they received equal rewards.
But of course, you were the host and that's always respected. I am glad that now you've realized the value of effort and quality - that's a good step forward. π

I understand what you mean. My intention with the activities was to encourage participation, especially for those trying something new. And since I had already said that all participants would be paid, I couldnβt really change anything at that point. Now Iβve learned, and Iβll make sure my rules are written much more thoroughly and clearly moving forward. But youβre right, effort and quality should be recognized more thoughtfully.
The same happened with the Dance activity. Many used a different version of the song, same music, but not the exact version I posted, and several videos were half the length, even though I clearly wrote, βCreate a video dancing on the music below.β That was a bit disappointing because the details were there for a reason.
