Advice Needed: i have a chest surgery scar right in the middle inbetween my pecs, is it safe to tattoo over a scar?
I really want to cover the scar up, any tattoo designs you would recommend? and i wonder if its safe to tattoo on a scar, will it heal weird or look off? thanks. #art source
