I think I am being a B!%&^ to my coworker. How do I stop
I have one coworker that is always very nice to me asking about my personal life my baby etc. But her work ethic kinda drives me nuts. I feel like she is always wanting me to help her with her work more than any other teammate and she gets upset when i help other people or am redirected to help other departments. Ive started complaining about her to some colleague's and now its starting to turn into gossip ... but I feel guilty I let my frustration turn into gossip. I want to stop. Im also not sure I feel as friendly with her as she tries to be always asking about my personal life. I want to have a more professional relationship... less niceties but also more respect for her as a colleague and also better boundaries if she asks me to do her work for her. I feel like our boundaries have gotten askew. How can I reset this work relationship?
