Need sneakers for a lot of walking and standing all day

I need sneakers that will be just for walking and standing long periods of time. I have a hard time figuring out what I need and what is comfortable. I got the Brooks Ghost Max 2, felt fine at first but I start getting heel pain or leg aches rather quickly.

I feel like I need something more neutral, more geared towards walking and standing specifically.

Any thoughts?
