How to stop this weird jealously I'm feeling recently? How do I support my friends and co-workers?
Two co-workers are beginning a dance around and towards each other... if you know what I mean. He recently became single, and I thought "here we go". we're all kinda waiting for this to go to the next level. It's all very sitcom if you ask me. I'm trying to be happy for them (if it happens).... so why am I jealous? Like... honestly... jealous. we're all kinda waiting for this to go to the next level. It's all very sitcom if you ask me. I like her, though not in that way, she's fine, but I honestly I'm thinking about her that way.
What is wrong with me? I thought I grew out of this envy of other people's lives thing. I'm not going to be in a relationship and that's okay but seeing two people clearly vibe so well is... triggering.
Please help. Any advice is appreciated.
