Passenger Rights for Canceled or Rescheduled Flights EU 261/2004
Hello!
I booked a flight to BOO on August 17 at 1:45 p.m. This flight was canceled today, and I was rebooked onto another flight on August 16 at 9:55 a.m. without being asked. So i will start about 28 hours earlier.
As a result, I have to book an additional night’s stay at my destination.
Is the airline required to cover the additional costs incurred (hotel, transportation, meals)?
