here is what I am looking at this morning, first 4 are looking out the front, not another house in sight, and the back view is of the garage and the Pikes Peak. And be sure I didnt get the place with #millix , it took some #silver and imagine the huge number of 🐐 I had to sell! I sitll have cattle on 1000 hills 😍💚🤑😂😻🥳

we are at nearly 8000 feet elevation here, Pikes Peak is like another 8000 feet up, and the garage, well Imagine how many goats I could get in there? ITs 2 floors inside :D

I used to live in Portland for a while working on some commercial construction, and 8000 feet well its hard to breathe for sure! oxygen is thin! thATS WHY THE BRONCOS AT 5200 FEET OR WHATEVER THEY ARE AT CAN KICK 72 YARD FIELD GOALS! OXYGEN IS THIN!
it only snowed 3 times this year! so we got maybe 12 inches all winter! its insane! they say this was the warmest winter in 136 years, I went and traded the new Prius Prime for an old 4x4 rav4. ANd I didnt even need it this year!
it doesnt snow that much here and the weather was amazing, yesterday it hit 72 maybe, this morning its like 47 at the break of dawn, and today itll hit 72 or maybe 75, we live in Black Forest Colorado now, land here is insane! a 5 acre lot with a few bushes and you ARE LOOKING AT $300k+ BUT HERE THE MIN LOT SIZE TO BUILD IS 5 ACRES. i AM across from 200 acres for sale. average house is prolly 2 million + around here, im in 5.5 zoning they call it :D

The Cascades had a light winter too, but El Nino could improve that this winter.
I used to live near Mount Rainier, and I guess Mt Ranier is slightly higher than Pikes peak which is less than 15K feet
Most of my family has summited Mt. Rainier, I don't need any part of that. We could see it from the house I grew up in.
yeah I would much rather be on the BEACH/ water, I prefer the atlantic ocean to the pacific
