Stepping into 1642 with Rembrandt
I had the incredible experience of stepping directly into one of history’s most iconic masterpieces: The Night Watch by Rembrandt!
Standing side-by-side with Captain Frans Banninck Cocq and his civic guardsmen, I was dressed in 17th-century attire complete with a period hat, lace collar, and halberd fitting seamlessly into Rembrandt's dramatic use of chiaroscuro It truly felt like traveling back to the Dutch Golden Age!
How do you think I fit in with the militia? Which classic artwork should I travel into next?
