I can't do either—or rather, I've never even tried. It depends on WHAT you want to program.
I used to learn Java, as well as PHP, CSS, and JavaScript. I've forgotten everything about Java. LOL
If you don't use a programming language regularly, you'll forget a lot of it, AND you have to stay on top of things because things change over time, and otherwise you won't be programming according to the latest security standards.
I can read a lot of programming languages—at least well enough to get the gist of what they’re about. But since I don’t actually do the programming myself, but just assign tasks to programmers, I wouldn’t dare try my hand at programming anymore. At least not for business concepts. :D
