π Fremantle have reached the 2026 AFL Grand Final after overturning a late 27-point deficit to defeat Sydney 12.11 (83) to 10.11 (71) in their preliminary final at the SCG.
The Dockers kicked the final six goals of the match. Hayden Young's goal after the three-quarter-time siren narrowed the margin before Fremantle took control in the last quarter.
