Where to go in the Albanian riviera without a car?
Hi! Spending several months traveling around Europe this summer and will be meeting up with a friend in Tirana. We'll spend a few days there together before she leaves, then I'd love to spend \~a week in one of the beach towns. Ideally, I'd take a bus down and not rent a car (though I'm open to renting one if it seems absolutely necessary to get around in the southern part).
Looking primarily at Himare, Dhermi, or Sarande-- how doable are these areas without a car? The rest of my trip will include a lot of moving around, so in the Albanian Riviera I'm truly hoping to park myself on a beach most of the day, every day, and not to a ton else. Will of course need to be able to get food etc. and could be interested in a little nightlife if it's there, though I'll be solo. Would love to hear your recs!
