Can someone explain how these companies move this fast?
Scenario: I'm watching YouTube on my TV with my phone in hand. I download a dog app from the Play Store, scroll through it for a few minutes, and within 3-4 minutes I'm seeing ads for that exact app playing on my TV. Then ads for it start hitting my Facebook app too.
I never Googled the app. I found it through the Play Store, nowhere else. I'm using a Google phone.
Maybe it's just me, but this is the first time I've noticed the surveillance being this intense and this quick. How is this happening?
