1. why contract isnt built with trust?
because contracts main purpose is to safeguard a business relationship when trust is not enough.
Contracts basically protects the trust you have given to someone.
2. Contract of employment is by qualification
if i am the manager I will choose someone who would fit the qualification w/c is letter A.
Though here in PH uso ang palakasan😜
3. Contract of marriage is definitely built by trust and love because trust and love are the main foundation why 2 person came up with the contract (marriage). Without those foundations there will be no contract.
