Rattlesnake avoidance training for dogs. Recommendations?
Not a hunter, but want to hike with my dog (on leash, I promise) and snakebite is a big concern for us. Always a positive reinforcement guy, but this seems like a case where some restrained negative reinforcement could save his life down the road. Looking at this course - https://coloradogundog.org/snake-avoidance-course
Any recommendations or insight? Thanks!
