my adult kids call their dad more and I don't know how to talk to them
we have two sons, 19 and 21.
they always looked up to and preferred daddy.
and now they're both away in college and they call my husband almost every day and spend like an hour on the phone. it makes me a little jealous because I have difficulty connecting with them.. and I barely get a text message like once a week.
they do say they love mom but it is obvious they prefer dad.
on one hand, I am happy that at least they feel comfortable to share stuff with anyone in the family...but I can't help to feel a little jealous and left out especially when husband says things like "oh, our kid texted you? ask him how his midterm went" and I didn't even know he had a midterm
