How to put my baby to bed earlier?
My baby is 6 months old and she has been going to bed at around 11pm every night. She always wakes up at 7am and has around 2 or 3 naps per day which are about 2-3 hrs long. Her last wake window has recently extended to about 4-6 hours long which is pushing her bedtime really late, I do try to get her to sleep much earlier but she just wont fall asleep. I don't know if it's connected to her learning to crawl, she has just started getting on her hands and knees and rocking, which she doesn't do much during the day but starts as soon as I try to put her to sleep. Any advice welcome!
