Any Marketing Designers here? What's your AI design workflow?
There are job descriptions going up like this with wording below that seem to be wanting a unicorn. Especially the 3rd point.
* Audit current design workflows and identify high-volume, repeatable tasks suitable for automation
* Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-assisted tools and pipelines that reduce time-to-asset for templated and repeatable work — and train team members to use them effectively where needed.
* Create robust, reusable template libraries that non-designers on the team can operate independently
* Integrate design tooling with broader marketing stack (Marketo, Wordpress, Figma, etc.) where applicable
I've been in this industry 20 years now and wondering if anyone has built/used anything (home grown or available product) that can automate any asset within the marketing funnel.
This also seems like they want to reinvent a problem that's already been solved with something like Brandfolder Templates. Or Claude Design but not even CD could get you to a final polished product that a designer wont have to touch.
Have you successfully implemented any AI design workflows that actually speed up the process? Im not talking about generative AI in adobe firefly or using AI to make pretty pictures in a layout that you manually designed, I mean what the bullets points above suggest, a fully automated pipeline where anyone in your company can come into this "tool" and output something that is precise and on brand with at most, a designer signing off. A plus would be if it can give you a source file.
