Rta final test failure

I need to decide whether to appeal or just to pay 775 and retake the 4 hour classes.

During the test, the examiner told me only “right” while I was on a three-lane road. I moved into the right lane because I understood it as moving to the right lane. My lane continued straight, and there was no visible right turn or sign around me at that moment, so I continued straight while waiting for further instructions.
After that, the examiner grabbed the steering wheel and turned the car right, then I failed for examiner intervention, not following directions, and not following traffic signs.
I’m confused because I feel the instruction was unclear. If he meant “take the next right,” I feel he should have specified that, especially since there was no turn visible when he said it. Do you think this is something worth appealing for AED 300, or do you think the appeal is unlikely to succeed?
Not Adhering To Traffic Signs (2) even though that never happened, nor did he even mention it at the end.
