An employer runs the business for profit along with the profit comes an administrative expenses for its staff/ or clerical employees and other fees related like taxes and renewal of licenses.
However we all know that employer profited most of the time, compared to just having received a salary. But as time passes their salaries increases too.
Questions :
1. An employer who has save his profit for 10 years then and there have put another Company. As an employee- will you raise an issue that without you as administrative staff the Employers Company would not have been profited, therefore the Company must have given you an another increase and incentives for helping the Company grows bigger, as they have served you as Clerical staff of the company who does the accounting staff like payroll.
A. In the above example- let’s say you are the employee do you think it’s tenable to demand increase and other incentives in relation to Companies growth ?
B. Let’s say you are the Employer- do you like to meet and agree with the position of your employees? If Yes or No what will be the basis of your decision assuming you are the real Employer…
