The pears are also slow to ripen. 🍐
I'm surprised they're so big, since there's been little rain this year. We can't even water them from the well, it's drying up slowly.

Dealing with a dry well in that heat must be difficult, but nature always finds a way to stay hydrated; hopefully, the rain arrives soon so those pears can ripen properly.

We can't water anymore. Piped water is very expensive, and my garden is huge. We only water the most important plants; the rest will probably survive the drought.
