What are the Best Countries to do masters in design right now?

I am a 23M and I have a two year experience working in a UIUX department in an MNC and I am thinking of doing masters. But considering the current geopolitical situations I am a bit confused where to go. I want to do masters in interaction design or service design. Can anyone give me any suggestions on this?
