Best way to find a new hire?
I operate a small commercial finish carpentry company in upstate NY and looking to bring on a lead/experienced guy soon. Where would be the best place to start looking or putting out feelers?
The 2 guys that work for me now were both word of mouth hires as have been a few others over the years.
Any suggestions?
