Stranger Things Season 2 is just as good as the other seasons
People hate on it a lot because of the side plot with the "others" with powers, but that's literally one episode out of 9.
Still, it also, has Sean Astin as Bob, introduces Max, introduces Murray, creates the bond with Hopper and 11, features Paul Riser, has a very interesting monster in the Mind Flayer Hydra, and most importantly it starts the Steve and Dustin buddy arc.
It's not only tolerable, it's really good.
