17m old M keeps pulling diaper off at night
As the title says, I’m at my wits end. My boy loves to pull all kinds of diapers down (diaper with tabs, pull up diapers, sizing up you name it, we’ve tried it). Problem mostly occurs at night when he will attempt to reach down under his clothes and somehow get the front of the diaper fully down under his penis and pees through, then proceeds to cry and wake up. My first boy did this around this age as well but thankfully zip up sleep sack on top of pajamas worked very well and deterred him until he learned how to take that off. Eventually, potty training was the only answer for him from age 2-3 we struggled with that. Now my second child has persevered and somehow also manages to pull his diaper down under all of that (pajamas and sleep sack). I know potty training isn’t the answer he’s way too little to learn to do that middle of the night. So throw your wildest advice at me. Do I duct tape his diaper? What do I do?!
