It all started at 12:07 AM.
The house was quiet… too quiet.
I was peacefully getting ready to sleep, hugging my pillow like it was my only friend after a long day. Suddenly, my “suspect” — my mischievous cousin — appeared out of nowhere with one egg balanced on his head like some kind of challenge.
He shouted, “Catch me if you can!” and ran across the room.
I grabbed the nearest pillow and launched it like a warrior. But instead of hitting him, the pillow knocked over everything — bottles, notebooks, brushes, and even sent the egg flying. Chaos exploded everywhere.
The suspect twisted and fell dramatically to the floor, claiming he was “attacked.” I ended up on the ground too, hair messy, clutching my pillow like evidence of the crime scene.
For five seconds, we stared at each other in silence… then burst out laughing so hard we couldn’t breathe.
